Dividing the sitting room from the kitchen is a snooker table which will keep you amused for a few hours at least!  This can be turned into a dining table if you were taking other properties at Manor Farm Stays and you needed the dining space; all you need to do is ask Alice and Charlie, your very friendly hosts!

Then, when you’ve played enough snooker, all you need to do is walk a few steps into the kitchen and do a bit of cooking, all whilst still being able to watch the TV if that’s what takes your fancy.

The kitchen has all the mod cons you need on your holiday, along with an island where you can enjoy all your meals sitting on comfy bar stools.  If, as mentioned above, there are more than 2 of you, you can use the snooker table as a dining table.

The Bedroom

Luckily you don’t have far to go to bed either with this accommodation!  Just a little wander to the far end of the sitting room will bring you into the double bedroom with superking bed and the room also opens out onto a small private and secluded garden for your own use.
