This page records some of the press and media coverage I’ve received for my work promoting Norfolk’s walking trails and outdoor experiences.
Features have included national newspapers, regional radio and television, all focusing on independent travel, walking and exploring Norfolk’s landscapes.
The Telegraph included my recommendations in their guide to the “Best
Walks for 2026.”
My contribution highlighted The Walsingham Way, a lesser-known route that sits
alongside more established walks from across the UK. This feature helped bring
wider attention to Norfolk as one of Britain’s leading walking destinations.
I was also featured in The Telegraph’s article on “Britain’s 15 Greatest Walks.”
This piece focused on routes that stand out on a national level and included
the Norfolk Coast Path, showing that Norfolk’s walking countryside compares
strongly with other well-known regions across the country.

I was invited onto BBC Radio Norfolk for the second time to talk about winter walking in the county.
During the interview, we discussed what makes Norfolk’s winter landscapes
special, seasonal highlights, simple safety tips, and ideas for getting outside
during the colder months.
My appearance on ITV evening news focused on the innovative use of Google mapping technology to chart the Norfolk Coast Path. This feature demonstrated how modern technology could enhance traditional walking experiences, improving accessibility and encouraging more people to explore Norfolk’s outstanding trail network.
