A lovely sight!

by Mrs M

We went to Horsey this week and loved having the chance to see the seals with their newborn pups.

The wardens were really helpful and we loved our trip there

That's such a shame. These are sad and very extraordinary times but definitely best to try and keep the Covid numbers down.

Nature never stops so the seals will always be here, but I know how annoying it is when you plan something and then you can't see it through. Seems like this is 2020 for you!

The seals will always be at Horsey, and each year their numbers are increasing.

The seals at Horsey really are a wonderful sight to see. Your photo shows some lovely happy seal pups, and thank you for submitting it.

I love that when you go to Horsey Gap to view them, you can see the seal pups so easily due to their white coats.

As you say, The Friends of Horsey seal wardens are extremely helpful. All are volunteers and do their best to keep everyone informed and moving along in the right direction. Some are on duty in the car park, some near the gates and others on the viewing platforms.

This is something that everyone should come and see if they are in Norfolk during the winter months.
